Dempsey's Restaurant in Old Town, Fort Collins, CO was formed by AnnMarie (Amy) Christian, and Mike Pribesh who felt that this cozy little corner of Old Town could use a great place for breakfast, lunch, burgers and more.

Dempsey's serves local and national microbrews, a great variety of wine and a full bar!

Sunday, 7AM-3PM, and closed Mondays
